Only if you ask. By default the panel asks for an IP allow-list before opening 3389/tcp; you can also keep the port closed and reach the desktop through a WireGuard tunnel terminated on the same machine. We strongly recommend either approach over a raw public RDP.
Yes. Watchtower and above ship with Remote Desktop Services CALs sized to the tier — five concurrent users on Watchtower, more on the bigger plans. Custom CAL counts are available on request from the panel.
